gA ፲፫ሺ፻፶፱ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ፴፱. ተቀባይነት ስሇላሇው ማመሌከቻ Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page 39. 13159 Unacceptable Application ባሇሥሌጣኑ የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ፇቃዴ Any broadcasting service license application እንዱሰጠው ማመሌከቻ ያቀረበን ሰው may be rejected and notified in writing without ማመሌከቻው ውዴቅ ዝርዝር በማዴረግ ማጣራት going into detail screening, if the applicant: ሳያስፇሌገው በጽሁፌ እንዱያውቀው የሚያዯረገው አመሌካቹ፡፩/ ወዯፉት የሚሰጥ የፊይናንስ ምንጩን ብዴር ወይም መኖሩን የካፒታሌ ሇማረጋገጥ 1/ ወይም the availability of potential loan or its አቅሙንና የሚያስችሌ financial ማስረጃ የኘሮጀክት ጥናት ሰነዴ capacity and source of financing; ካሊቀረበ፤ ፪/ ዝርዝር fails to produce evidence to ascertain 2/ ካሊቀረበ፤ fails to produce detail project proposal; or ወይም፣ 3/ ፫/ በዚህ አዋጅ በአንቀጽ ፵ መሠረት ፇቃዴ is a body that may not be entitled to a license as provided for under Article 40 የማይሰጠው አካሌ ከሆነ ነው፡፡ of this Proclamation. ፵. የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ፇቃዴ ስሇማይሰጣቸው ሰዎች ፩/ 40. Persons not to be Issued with Broadcasting Service License የሚከተለት አካሊት የብሮዴካስት ምንም አገሌግልት አይነት ፇቃዴ 1/ The following persons shall not be issued with any categories አይሰጣቸውም፡- broadcasting service licenses: ሀ) a) ማንኛውም፡(፩) የፖሇቲካ ፓርቲ የፖሇቲካ ፓርቲ ወይም of any (1) political party, movement, organization, ተፇጥሮ body or alliance which is of a ያሇው ዴርጅት፤ party- political nature; ‹‹‹ (፪) (2) organization of which a የፖሇቲካ ፓርቲው ወይም ማንኛውም የፖሇቲካ ፓርቲ shareholder with effective ውጤታማ ቁጥጥር control or a member of a አመ���ር ያሇው ባሇዴርሻ political organization is a የሆነበት political ዴርጅት፤ ወይም top organization‟s leadership is a shareholder with effective control; or (3) (፫) የፖሇቲካ ፓርቲ አመራር በማንኛውም ዯረጃ የአመራር አባሌ የሆነበት ዴርጅት። organization of which member of its management, at any level, is in the leadership of a political party.
