Insisting upon the Petitioner for access to the data contained in his mobile phone does not amount to force him to reveal his personal information nor does it amount to selfincrimination. 3.10. On these grounds it is contended that the Petition is misconceived and is liable to be dismissed. 4. Shri Hasmath Pasha, Learned Senior counsel appearing for the Petitioner, submitted as under: 4.1. The order dated 23-9-2020 permitting second respondent police to subject Petitioner for polygraph test as requested by them is opposed to Law, and it is in violation of Article 21 and 22 of the Constitution.
