Article 41 41 ‫مادة‬ Financial rights in respect of works of applied arts shall be protected for a period of seventy years ‫تحمى الحقوق املالية على مصنفات الفنون التطبيقية مدة سبعين سنة تبدأ من أول السنة امليالدية التالية للسنة التي تم فيها‬ commencing from the beginning of the financial year following the year of completion of every ‫ وإذا لم يتم هذا النشر خالل خمسين سنة من تاريخ إنجازها تحمى الحقوق املالية على هذه‬،‫أول نشر مشروع لهذه املصنفات‬ individual work.
