Intermediaries (ISPs) for disablement of the
following URLs under the provision of section
79(3)(b) of the information Technology Act, 2000
as the content hosted on these websites relate to
morality, decency as given in Article 19(2) of
the Constitution of India.

Mr. Vijay Panjwani, learned counsel appearing for
the
petitioner
would
submit
that
similar
order
should
be
passed by the Central Government so that pornography can be
absolutely stopped.
Additionally, submits Mr. Panjwani, that
further steps are required to be taken to stop the child
pornography.
