REGULATION
This Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers
Pursuant to Article 5 of the Definition of Powers and Duties of
the Executive Organs of the Federal Democratic Republic of
Ethiopia Proclamation No.4/1995 and Article 47 (4) (a) of the
Public Enterprises Establishment Proclamation No. 2511992.
1. Short Title
This Regulation may be cited as the ' 'Ethiopian
Telecommunication
Corporation
Establi~hment
regulation 1Amendment! council of Ministers Regulation
No. 93/2003".
2. Amendment
Ethiopian Telecommunication Corporation Establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 1011996 is
hereby amended as follows:Article 5(6) becomes 5(7) and a new sub Article 5(6) is
added as follows:"5(6), Issue, sell and pledge bonds."
3. Effective Date
This Regulation shall come in to force on the date of its
publication in the Federal Negarit Gazeta.
