The Board shall give its decision within 30 days from the date of receipt of the grievance. 29. Revocation of License 1/ ¾waÉ"eƒ ›ÑMÓKAƒ ðnÉ ŸT>Ÿ}K<ƒ U¡”Á„‹ u›”Æ uvKYM×’< K=W[´ ËLM& G) vKðnÆ ðnÉ "¨×uƒ k” ËUa u›”É ¯Sƒ Ñ>²? ¨<eØ Y`ß~” ÁMËS[ SJ’< c=[ÒÑØ& K) vKðnÆ ðnÆ” ÁÑ–¨< u}ßu[u[ S”ÑÉ SJ’< c=[ÒÑØ& 1/ A broadcasting service license may be revoked by the Authority on any one of the following grounds: a) where it is confirmed that the licensee has failed to commence transmission within one year from the date of obtaining the license; b) where it is confirmed that the license is obtained by fraudulent means; N) ¾Y`߃ ×u=Á¨< ÁKum U¡”Áƒ Y`ß~” Ÿ›”É ¨` uLà c=Ás`Ø& c) where the broadcasting station suspends its transmission for more than one month without good cause; S) ×u=Á¨< uõ`É u?ƒ ƒ°³´ ”Ç=²Ò c=¨c”& d) where a court orders the closure of the station; W) vKðnÆ c=ÁqU& e) where the licensee, by its own initiative, stops the service; u^c< ›’di’ƒ Y^¨<” [) u²=I ›ªÏ ›”kê #(4) ¾}SKŸ~ƒ É”ÒÑ@−‹ }Øc¨< c=Ñ–<& f) where the provisions of Article 30(4) of this Proclamation are violated; c) vKðnÆ u²=I ›ªÏ ›”kê @7 ¾} ×Kuƒ” Óȁ ÁM}¨× ”ÅJ’:: g) where the licensee fails to discharge its obligations under Article 27 of this Proclamation.
