legal requirements by using a broad consent form, failing to specify individual processing purposes, contrary to Regulation 4(4)(d) of the Data Protection (General) Regulations 2021. Analysis and Determination 99.I have carefully considered the judicial review application, the opposition thereto and the parties’ respective written and oral submissions for and against the application for judicial review orders. In my view, the following are the main issues for determination, with ancillary questions to be resolved: i. Whether the court has jurisdiction to hear the judicial review application, on account of the Applicants’ failure to exhaust all available dispute resolution mechanisms with the ODPC and or on account of the lack of locus standi by the applicants. ii. Whether service was effected upon the 1st to 4th Respondents iii. Whether judicial review orders are available against private entities iv. Whether the Applicants are entitled to the Reliefs sought 100.
