GENERAL NOTE
Section 38 of Act No. 3 of 2009 substitutes the words “Review Board” for
the words “Appeal Tribunal”, wherever they occur.
ACT
To provide for the classification of certain films and publications; to that end to
provide for the establishment of a Film and Publication Board and a Film and Publication
Appeal Tribunal; to repeal certain laws; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
