The perpetrator of the crime 1. A perpetrator of a crime is a person who commits a crime by himself or herself or by grouping with others, a person who is not capable of being responsible for the crime, another person who did not cooperate with the crime and did not understand that the crime was being committed, or a person who committed the crime using animals or animals. 2. The organizer of the crime is considered to be the executor of the crime. Article 3.4. Criminal perpetrator 1. An instigator of a crime is a person who intentionally lures others into committing a crime, hires them, or causes them to commit a crime. A person who incites others to commit a crime through others is considered a perpetrator of the crime. 2. The perpetrator of the crime shall be punished no less than the punishment imposed on the perpetrator of the crime committed by him. Article 3.5. Crime inspector 1. A person who supports others in committing a crime by making a promise in advance is called a criminal accomplice. 2. Taking into account the nature of the role and actions performed by the perpetrators of the crime, the court shall impose a punishment not greater than the punishment imposed on the perpetrator within the type and amount of punishment prescribed for the crime in this law. Article 3.6. Non-compliance 1. When the contractor commits a crime other than what he agreed with other co-perpetrators, it is called contravention. 2. Other co-perpetrators who did not participate in the crime committed by the contractor shall not be punished. Article 3.7. Group execution 1. A crime is committed by a group if two or more people commit it intentionally.
