Because of this crime: 2.1. severe damage to human health or loss of human life; 2.2. if a large amount of damage is caused, a fine of ten thousand to forty thousand units or imprisonment for a term of two to eight years shall be imposed. 3. If the crime specified in paragraph 1 of this article is committed on behalf of a legal entity or for the benefit of a legal entity, the legal entity shall be punished with a fine of twenty thousand units to one hundred and twenty thousand units. 4. If the crime specified in Section 2 of this article is committed on behalf of a legal entity or for the benefit of a legal entity, the legal entity shall be punished with a fine of forty thousand units to two hundred thousand units, with the deprivation of the right to carry out certain types of activities.
