Till such time the rules envisaged in sub-section (l ) are prescribed, thc witness protection system and benefils prescribed under the Witness Protection, Security and Benefit Act, 201 7 (XxI of 2017) shall be applicable to both victims and witnesses under this Act, mzralis nutandis. 30C. Io-c.E€ra trial.-{ 1) The trial ofoffences agaiDst minors shall be corlducted inramera: Provided that the Cour! if it thinks fit, on its own or on an application made by cither of parties, allow any particular p€rson to have access 10 Courl prcceednSs. or be or remain in the Court. (2) Notwithst2nding an),thing contained in any other law for the time bcing in force, wherc al1y proceedings ar€ held under suEseclion (l), tlrc Coun may adopt appropriate rEeasures, including holding of rhe Eial through videclink or usage ofscreens, lor the protection ofthe vrctims and the witnesses. (3) Wlere any proc.edinSs are held under sub-section (1), it shall not be lau4:l for any person to publish or b.oadcast any matter or information in rel,rtion to any such proceedings, except with the permission ofthe Court. 30D. Investigstion into th€ child sexual contcnt referred to Pakistsn Telecorrrmunicrtion Authority. l he Federal tnvestigation Agency shall acquire the information of lhe child sexual abuse content referred for blocking and removal to Pakistan Telecommunication Authority and the organizations halirg data in this regard, for investigation prior to their removal and blocking by said Authority, rvhether the direct complaint againsr the said material has been made or not.".
