「CRIMINAL ACT」 (2) A person who commits the crime of paragraph (1) to injure another person shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for an indefinite term or for at least three years. If it results in death, the perpetrator shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for an indefinite term or for at least five years. [This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 29, 1995] Article 172-2 (Discharge of Gas and Electricity) (1) A person who discharges, leaks, or sprays gas, electricity, steam, radiation or radioactive substance to cause any danger to the life, body, or property of another person shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for at least one year up to ten years. (2) A person who commits the crime of paragraph (1) to injure another person shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for an indefinite term or for at least three years. If it results in death, the perpetrator shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for an indefinite term or for at least five years. [This Article Newly Inserted on Dec. 29, 1995] Article 173 (Obstruction to Supply of Gas and Electricity) (1) A person who damages, destroys, or removes gas, electricity, or steam works or obstructs the supply or use of gas, electricity or steam by other means, thereby endangering the public, shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for at least one year up to ten years. <Amended on Dec. 29, 1995> (2) The preceding paragraph shall apply to a person who damages, destroys, or removes gas, electricity, or steam works for public use or obstructs the supply or use of gas, electricity or steam by other means. <Amended on Dec. 29, 1995> (3) A person who commits the crime of paragraph (1) or (2) to injure another shall be punished by imprisonment for a limited term of at least two years.
