b) the protection of personal data and data subjects; c) the manner in which the Authority may exercise any power or perform any duty or function under this Law; d) any matter that under this Law that is required or permitted to be prescribed in regulations; or e) any matter that the Authority considers necessary or expedient to give effect to the objectives of this Law. Article 42: Repeal 1. Any law which is inconsistent with this Law shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void. Article 43: Coming into force 1. This law shall come into force when it is adopted by the Federal Parliament of Somalia, promulgated by the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia and published in the Official Bulletin. 29
