2015 ‫الالئحة التنفيذية‬ Article 49: The Authority shall determine and collect the allocation charge for premium numbers and shall deposit the proceeds in a special account to be spent in the public good purposes according to Article (16) of the Act. Such numbers shall not be relinquished unless the Authority’s approval. ‫ حتدد اهليئة رسم ختصيص األرقام املميزة‬:)49( ‫املادة‬ Article 50: The Authority shall issue separate regulatory frameworks and guidelines on the Mobile Numbering Portability. ‫تصدر اهليئة قواعد منفصلة تنظيمية‬ ‫وتتوىل حتصيله وإيداع حصيلته يف حساب خاص خيصص‬ ‫للتربع منه إىل اهليئات واملؤسسات اخلريية وفقاك ألحكام‬ ‫ وال جيوز التنازل عن هذه األرقام إال‬،‫) من القانون‬16( ‫املادة‬ .‫وفقا للضوابط اليت تصدرها اهليئة‬ ‫خلاصية احتفا املنتفع برقم االتصاالت املخصص له يف‬ .‫حالة انتقاله إىل مرخص له آخر‬ Second: Domain Names Article 51: The Authority shall set up the Domain Names Plan including the rules and procedures to allocate, reserve, assign, modify and withdraw domain names, and shall print it in a document to be available to interested parties against payment of the price determined by the Authority. The Plan shall be managed and controlled by the Authority in accordance with the following rules and procedures: 1. The Authority shall be the sole manager of Oman’s Top Level Domain (TLD) as defined by ISO 3166 and Oman’s second level domain. 2. The Authority may set up advisory committees with representatives from the Licensees and the beneficiaries to assist the Authority in the allocation and management of the domain names.
