Article 59: The licensee shall make sure that new
established telecommunications utilities, do not
negatively affect the existing telecommunication
utilities. In case of transferring or modification any
existing telecommunications system as a result of
establishing new telecommunications systems, such
shall be done on the expense of the person who as
for the transfer and modification.
Article 60: The licensee shall ensure when
establishing telecommunications utilities does not
have
adverse
impact
on
the
existing
telecommunications utilities including water pipes,
gas-pipes, petrol and electricity. Any person does
harm to such utilities shall bear the cost of resulting
deeds.
Article 61: Any person take an action resulting in the
necessity to take security procedure against any
existing telecommunications system shall bear the
consequences.
Article 62: The licensee shall compensate people for

على املرخص له عند تأسيس مرافق: )60( املادة
اتصاالت التأكد بأنها ال تؤثر سلبا على املرافق القائمة
. والكهرباء، والبرتول،ومنها خطوط املاء والغاز
ويتحمل أي شخص يؤثر على هذه املرافق أية تكاليف
.نتيجة هذا العمل
أي شخص يقوم بأي عمل يؤدي إىل نشوء:)61( املادة
احلاجة إىل اختاذ ترتيبات محاية بشأن أي نظام
يكون مسؤوالك عن تكلفة تلك،اتصاالت قائم
.الرتتيبات
جيب على املرخص له تعويض األشخاص:)62( املادة

Article 63: When a person damages lines and the

utilities of the licensee, the licensee may request the
Authority to estimate the cost of the damages and
appropriate compensations against it. The
Authority`s decision shall be final in this regard.
للمرخص له التقدم إىل اهليئة بطلب:)63( املادة
لتحديد قيمة األضرار والتعويضات املرتتبة عليها إذا
قام أي شخص باإلضرار باخلطوط واملرافق التابعة
ويعترب قرارها يف هذا الشأن قراراك،للمرخص له

Article 64: The Authority shall establish and maintain
the following registers of:
1. The Board’s meetings.
2. Notifications.
3. Regulations, orders, decisions and guidelines of
the Authority.
