وعلى املرخص له احلصول على موافقة اهليئة املسبقة
This licensee shall obtain the Authority prior approval
on the standard service agreement.
Article 39: The licensee shall supply the beneficiary
with regular clear and accurate bills or invoices
prescribing the exact value for the provided service
according to the license terms & conditions, those bills
or invoices shall clearly show the date of the due
amount; the beneficiary shall be informed of the
invoices within a reasonable period specified by the
standard service agreement form.
Article 40: In case of the death of the beneficiary, his
legal representative shall inform the licensee. The
licensee shall offer the beneficiary heirs whether to
continue of the provision of the service and
transferred it to one of them or cancel it from the date
of reporting to the licensee of rejecting this option. In
all cases the heirs shall be liable to all the service
expenditure till the date of transferring or cancelling
the service.
Article 41: The beneficiary shall not be liable to pay
any
financial
claims
for
the
supplied
telecommunications services offered to him if it stops
or disconnect for the reason out of his or the licensee`
s control.
Article 42: The beneficiary shall be prohibited from
using telecommunications service that contain data or
information which meant the following:

جيب على املرخص له تزويد املنتفع بصفة:)39( املادة
منتظمة بفواتري واضحة وصحيحة متثل القيمة
احلقيقة للخدمة املقدمة وفقا لشروط الرتاخيص
على أن تبني كافة،الصادرة له وشروط اخلدمة
،الفواتري بشكل واضح التاريخ الذي يستحق فيه السداد
وجيب إعالم املنتفع بالفاتورة خالل فرتة معقولة
.حيددها منوذج إتفاقية اخلدمة املوحدة للمنتفعني
على ورثته الشرعيني، يف حالة وفاة املنتفع:)40( املادة
وللمرخص له،أو من ينوب عنهم إبالغ املرخص له
عندها ختيريهم بني استمرار تقديم اخلدمة بشرط
نقلها ألمسائهم وحتميلهم كافة احلقوق واملسؤوليات
أو إلغائها اعتبارا من تاريخ إبالغ،املرتتبة عليها
ويف مجيع األحوال.املرخص له برفضهم هذا اخليار
يتحمل الورثة أو من ينوب عنهم كافة اجور اخلدمات
.حتى تاريخ نقل أو إلغاء اخلدمة
ال يلتزم املنتفع بسداد أية مطالبات مالية:)41( املادة
خلدمات االتصاالت املقدمة له حال توقفها أو إنقطاعها
.بسبب خارج عن إرداته أو إرادة املرخص له
حيظر على املنتفع استخدام خدمات:)42( املادة
االتصاالت يف تداول كل ما من شأنه أن حيتوي على أية
:بيانات أو معلومات يقصد بها اآلتي
. اإلضرار باألمن الوطين أو باملصلحة العامة.1
1. Endanger the national & public security
2. Promoting or transmitting any information or
inaccurate data that prejudice the safety of a man or
the efficiency of service
3. In contrary to the public ethic system.
4. Infringe the religious practice or upset others.
5. Promote any subject or product breaching the law.
ترويج أو نقل أية معلومات أو بيانات غري صحيحة.2
أو قد تسبب اإلضرار بسالمة أي شخص أو بكفاءة أية
.خدمة
. ختالف النظام العام أو اآلداب.3
متس حبرية الشعائر الدينية أو تسيء أو تزعج.4
.الغري
. تروج أية مادة أو سلعة خمالفةك ألحكام القوانني.5
