Article (8) Salaries, remunerations, allowances and benefits of the Chairman of the Authority and the members of the Board of Trustees shall be determined by a decree based on the proposal of the competent minister and the approval of the Council of Ministers. Article (9) The term of office of the Board of Trustees is four years, which shall be renewable for one time. The competent minister may, based on the proposal of the majority members of the Board of Trustees, revoke the membership of the Chairman or the vice-chairman, or any other member; if it is proven that he has seriously breached his duties after the conduction of an investigation. If the office of the chairman or the vice-chairman or any member of the Board of Trustees becomes vacant for any reason, a replacement shall be appointed and the new member shall complete the term of the preceding member only. Article (10) The Board of Trustees shall: 11. Develop the anti-corruption general policy in cooperation with the relevant authorities and draw up the necessary plans and programs for the implementation thereof. 22. Adopt the organizational structure of the offices, the internal regulation of the financial and administrative affairs and the resolutions regulating work at the Authority, without prejudice to the provisions of Articles (5 and 38) of the DecreeLaw No. (15) of 1979 concerning the Civil Service. 33. Approve the agreements and contracts entered into by the Authority, which are relevant to its competences. 44. Form a committee or more that it believes to be necessary for its work. 55. Approve the Authority’s draft budget and its final statement prior to submission to the competent bodies. 66. Adopt and publish the annual general report of the Authority. 77. Submit a biannual report to the National Assembly and the Council of Ministers on the activities related to the prevention of corruption and anti-corruption, obstacles, negatives and the proposed recommendations. 88. Publish all information and data on the corruption offences after having been Law No. 2 of 2016 and the Provisions on Disclosure of Assets and Liabilities 21
