Article 252: Additional penalties (nature and duration) ŌŪ″ ỰƯ.- ЮĈ₤ĠЯĕ□ņ៖ ŪĠЮķ◦ ĕЊ₣ũŎкЮĮŲ ចំេពះបទេលមស ី ែដលមនែចងកនុងែផនកេនះ េទសបែនថម ដូច តេទេនះ ច្រតូវបន្របកស៖ ១-ករដកសិទិខ ធ ះ្ល ជពលរដ្ឋ ជ ថ ពរ ឬស្រមប់រយៈ (1) forfeiture of certain rights, either permanently or for a period not exceeding five years; កលេបីបទ (2) prohibition from practising a profession in the practice of or in connection with which the offence was committed, either permanently or for a period not exceeding five years; េពល ៥ (្របំ) ឆន ំ យ៉ងេ្រចន ី ។ ២-ករ មឃត់ចំេពះករ្របកបវ ិជជជីវៈ េលមីសេនះបន្រប្រពឹត្ដេនកនុងករ្របកបវ ិជជជីវៈ ឬេនកនុង ឱកសៃនករ្របកបវ ិ��ជជីវៈេនះ ជ ថ ពរ ឬ ស្រមប់រយៈេពល ៥ (្របំ) ឆន ំ យ៉ងេ្រចីន។ ៣-ករ មឃត់ចំេពះករ ន ក់េន ស្រមប់រយៈេពល ៥ (្របំ) ឆន ំ យ៉ងេ្រចីន។ ៤-ករ The following additional penalties may be imposed in respect of the offences defined in this Section: មឃត់ដល់ទណ្ឌិតបរេទសចំេពះករចូល ឬ (3) local exclusion for a period not exceeding five years; (4) prohibition of a convicted alien from entering and remaining in the territory of the Kingdom of Cambodia, either permanently or for a period not exceeding five years; Bunleng Cheung ករ ន ក់េនកនុងែដនដីៃន្រពះ ជ ច្រកកមពុជ ជ ថ ពរ ឬ ស្រមប់រយៈេពល ៥ (្របំ) ឆន ំ យ៉ងេ្រចីន។ ៥-ករ នូវ មឃត់ចំេពះករកន់កប់ ឬករយក មខ្លួន វុធ េ្រគឿងផទុះ នង ិ ្រគប់រ ំេសវ្រគប់្របេភទ ជ ថ ពរ ឬ ស្រមប់រយៈេពល ៥ (្របំ) ឆន ំ យ៉ងេ្រចីន។ ៦-ករបទ ិ ផ យេសចក្ដស ី េ្រមចផ្ដនទេទស ស្រមប់រយៈ េពល ២ (ពរី ) ែខ យ៉ងេ្រចន ី ។ ៧-ករផ យេសចក្ដីសេ្រមចផ្ដនទេទសេនកនុង រព័ត-៌ មន។ ៨-ករផ យេសចក្ដីសេ្រមចផ្ដនទេទស បយទូរគមនគមន៍េ តទស ន៍ ម្រគប់មេធយ- ស្រមប់រយៈេពល (្របំបី) ៃថង យ៉ងេ្រចីន។ ĄеĮР˝◦Б ̉ ŁũĠлйĵŲсřŲсЮ₤ũВļĮ ៨ (5) prohibition from possessing or carrying any weapon, explosive or ammunition of any kind, either permanently or for a period not exceeding five years; (6) publication of sentencing decision for a period not exceeding two months; (7) publication of sentencing decision in the print media; (8) broadcasting of sentencing decision by any audio-visual communication for a period not exceeding eight days.
