ЮĈ₤ĠЯĕ□ņ Article 168: Additional penalties applicable to legal entities ŌŪ″ ờ៨.- ЮĈ₤ĠЯĕ□ņΒĕНŷijŚşЮе ĵйĕБijĠ Њ Ð Н Ų ð េទសបែនថម្រតូវអនុវត្ដេទេលីនត ី ប ិ ុគគលមនដូចតេទ៖ ១-កររ ំ ២-ករ តុ Additional penalties applicable to legal entities are: យេចល។ (1) dissolution; ក់ឱយេនេ្រកមករ្រតួតពិនិតយ ម នរបស់ (2) placement under judicial supervision; ករ។ ៣-ករ មឃត់ចំេពះករអនុវត្ដសកមមភពមួយ ឬ េ្រចីន។ ៤-ករបេណ្ដញេចញពល ី ទធកមម ៥-ករ ធរណៈ។ មឃត់ចំេពះករអំពវនវជ (3) prohibition from undertaking one or more activities; (4) disqualification from public tenders; ធរណៈ ដល់ ករសន ស ំ ំៃច។ (5) prohibition offering; from making a public Bunleng Cheung ៦-ករ បន មឃត់ចំេពះករេចញឧបករណ៍ ចជួញដូរ េ្រកពីឧបករណ៍ ចជួញដូរបន ែដលកំណត់េ យ (6) prohibition from issuing cheques other than cheques certified by a bank; ធនគរ។ ៧-ករ មឃត់ចំេពះករេ្របប ី ណ្ណទូទត់។ (7) prohibition from using payment cards; ៨-ករបទ ិ ្រគះឹ ថ នែដលេ្របស ី ្រមប់េធ្វីករេរៀបចំ ឬ (8) closure of the establishment which was used to plan or to commit the offence; ជីវកមមេល្រ�� គះឹ ថន ធរណជន ឬែដលបនេ្របី្របស់េ យ (9) prohibition from operating an establishment that is open to or used by the public; ្រប្រពឹត្ដបទេលមីស។ ៩-ករ មឃត់ ែដលេបក ី ចំហដល់ ចំេពះករេធ្វី ធរណជន។ ១០-កររបអូ ឹ សឧបករណ៍ សមភរៈ ឬវតថុ េ្របីស្រមប់្រប្រពឹត្ដបទេលមីស ឬែដលមនេគលេ មួយែដល ស្រមប់ ្រប្រពត ឹ ្ដបទេលមីស។ (10) confiscation of any instruments, materials or items which were used or intended to be used to commit the offence; ១១-កររបអូ ឹ សវតថុ ឬមូលនិធិែដលជកមមវតថុៃនបទេលមីស។ (11) confiscation of the items or funds with which were the subject of the offence; ១២-កររបអូ ឹ សផលទុន ឬ្រទពយសមបត្ដិែដលជផលេកីត (12) confiscation of the proceeds or property arising out of the offence; Page | 56
