gA ፲፫ሺ፻፴፫ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ፮/ Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page ከመገናኛ ብዙሃን ጋር በተያያዘ በዜጎችና በብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት የሚቀርብሇትን አቤቱታ የሚቀርብሇትን በመመርመር የሚያቀርብ ኮሚቴ which investigates any complaints of በባሇሥሌጣኑ citizens broadcasting service licensees related with media as well as ሀሳብ monitoring results provided by the ቅሬታ ሥር and ውጤት የውሳኔ የሆነ complaints ቅሬታና የክትትሌ ገሇሌተኛ independent hearing committee within the Authority ከባሇሥሌጣኑ ሇቦርዴ organize ባሇፇቃድች ማናቸውንም እንዱሁም 6/ 13133 Authority and submit recommendations ሰሚ to the Board; make decisions based on ያዯራጃሌ፤ the recommendations የቀረበሇትን የውሳኔ ሀሳብ መነሻ በማዴረግ ውሳኔ ይሰጣሌ፤ ፯/ 7/ ይህን አዋጅ ሇማስፇፀም በግሌፅ በተሰጡት መመሪያዎችን የማውጣት on the matters clearly stipulated to ሥሌጣንና facilitate ጉዲዮች ሊይ መመሪያዎችን ያወጣሌ፤እና ፰/ የዚህን አዋጅ በሚቀርቡ ሊይ አፇጻጸም በማናቸውም ይመክራሌ፤ the implementation of this Proclamation; and 8/ በሚመሇከት የፖሉሲ review and approve Directives prepared deliberate on any policy matter pertaining to the implementation of this ጉዲዮች Proclamation, እንዯአግባብነቱ government ሇመንግሥት የውሳኔ ሀሳብ ያቀርባሌ፡፡ and decision, submit for as be may appropriate. ‹‹‹‹‹‹‹ ፲፫. የቦርዴ ውክሌና ፩/ 13. ቦርደ በጠቅሊሊው ወይም በተሇየ ጉዲይ ሊይ Delegation by the Board 1/ The Board may, by resolution either ሇማንኛውም የቦርዴ ኮሚቴ ወይም የቦርዴ generally or in any particular case, አባሌ፣ ወይም delegate to any committee of the Board ተወካይ በዚህ አዋጅ የተሰጡትን ሥሌጣንና or to any member, officer, employee or ተግባራት agent of the Authority the exercise of የባሇሥሌጣኑ ሠራተኛ እንዱያከናውን ውክሌና any of the powers or the performance of ሇመስጠት ሉወስን ይችሊሌ፡፡ any of the functions or duties of the Board under this Proclamation. ፪/ በዚህ አንቀጽ በንዑስ አንቀጽ (፩) 2/ The delegation referred to under Sub- የተዯነገገው ውክሌና፤ መመሪያ ማውጣትን፣ Article (1) of this Article is not ይግባኝ መስጠትና applicable to the adoption of Directives, መሰረዝ፣ እና ቦርደ በዚህ አዋጅ በአንቀጽ appeal, the awarding, and revocation of ፲፪ በን���ስ አንቀጽ (፪) እና (፫) የተሰጠውን licenses, and the powers of the Board ሥሌጣንና ተግባር አያካትትም፡፡ under Article 12 Sub Article (2) and (3) መመሌከትን፣ ፇቃዴ of this Proclamation.
