gA ፲፫ሺ፻፷፫ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ፯/ Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page አመሌካቹ በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ ፮ 7/ license in accordance with Sub-Article ቅሬታውን (6) of this Article may appeal to the ሇቦርደ በ፴ ቀናት ውስጥ Board within 30 days. በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፯) መሠረት 8/ The Board shall review and decide on የቀረበሇትን ቅሬታ ተመሌክቶ ቦርደ ውሳኔ the appeal submitted to it in accordance ይሰጣሌ። በቦርደ ማንኛውም አመሌካች ፌርዴ ቤት ውሳኔ ቅር የተሰኘ with Sub-Article (7) of this Article. ሇፋዯራሌ ከፌተኛ Any ይግባኝ ማቅረብ decision of the Board may appeal በቀጥታ አመሌካቹ የቦርደ ውሳኔ ቅጂ እንዱሰጠው 9/ ቦርደን ከጠየቀ ቦርደ በ፲፬ የሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ applicant aggrieved by the directly to the Federal High Court. ይችሊሌ፡፡ ፱/ Any applicant who has been denied a መሠረት በተሰጠው ውሳኔ ሊይ ቅሬታ ካሇው ማቅረብ ይችሊሌ። ፰/ 13163 ሇአመሌካቹ የውሳኔውን The Board shall give a copy of its decision to the applicant within 14 ቅጂ working days. መስጠት አሇበት፡፡ ፵፪. የብሮዴካስት ፇቃዴ ጸንቶ የሚቆይበት ዘመን ፩/ 42. ሇመጀመሪያ ጊዜ የተሰጠ የሬዱዮ ሞገዴን በመጠቀም የሚሰራጭ Validity Period of Broadcasting License 1/ A television broadcasting service የቴላቪዥን license that uses radio wave granted for ብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ፇቃዴ ሇ፲ ዓመት the first time shall be valid for 10 years. ጸንቶ ይቆያሌ፡፡ ፪/ ሇመጀመሪያ ጊዜ የተሰጠ የሬዱዮ ሞገዴን 2/ The validity period of a radio በመጠቀም የሚሰራጭ የሬዱዮ ብሮዴካስት broadcasting service license that uses አገሌግልት ፇቃዴ ጸንቶ የሚቆይበት ጊዜ radio wave granted for the first time shall be as follows: እንዯሚከተሇው ይሆናሌ፡ሀ) [ በሀገር አቀፌ ዯረጃ የሚሰራጭ ሲሆን የሥርጭት ሽፊኑ በክሌሌ ዯረጃ b) የሥርጭት ሽፊኑ በአካባቢ the transmission is years; ዯረጃ c) where the transmission is limited to local level, for 6 የተወሰነ ከሆነ ሇ፮ ዓመት፤ መ) where limited to a regional state, for 8 የተወሰነ ሲሆን ሇ፰ ዓመት፤ ሏ) where the transmission is at the national level, for 10 years; ሇ፲ ዓመት፤ ሇ) a) years; የማኅበረሰብ ብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት d) ፇቃዴ ከሆነ ፲ ዓመት፤ እና፤ where the transmission is community broadcasting servic, for 10 years; and ሠ) የአጭር ጊዜ የማኅበረሰብ ብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ዓመት፡፡ ፇቃዴ ከሆነ ሇ፩ e) for short-term community broadcasting service 1 year.
