[ [[[ ፪/ በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፩) መሠረት ከባሇፇቃደ ጋር እንዯተጠበቀ የብሮዴካስት የሚያዯርገው ሆኖ፣ ፇቃዴን 2/ መመካከር the licensee stated under Sub-Article ባሇሥሌጣኑ (1 ) of this Article, the Authority shall ሇማሻሻሌ ሲወስን give prior notice to the licensee stating, among others: ሇብሮዴካስት ባሇፇቃደ አስቀዴሞ ማሳወቅ አሇበት፡፡ ማስታወቂያው Notwithstanding the consultation with የሚከተለትን ጉዲዮች መያዝ አሇበት፡a) ሀ) የማሻሻያውን ዝርዝር፤ ሇ) ሇማሻሻሌ ያስፇሇገበትን ዝርዝር b) ማሻሻያው ከመቼ ጀምሮ ተግባራዊ የብሮዴካስት ባሇፇቃደ of the detailed reasons for the which the amendment; and c) እንዯሚዯረግ፡፡ ፫/ particulars amendment; ምክንያት፤ እና፣ ሏ) the the date on amendment is to take effect. በማሻሻያው ሊይ 3/ The licensee shall be given sufficient በ፲፬ ቀናት ውስጥ ሇባሇሥሌጣኑ ማስረጃ opportunity to make representations on እንዱያቀርብ እዴሌ ይሰጠዋሌ፡፡ the amendment to the Authority.
