gA ፲፫ሺ፻፸፪ ፬/ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M የይዘት ግዳታዎች ሀሳብን በነጻነት በማንኛውም የመግሇፅ Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page ሁኔታ 4/ The content regulation 13172 shall be መብትና implemented by ensuring freedom of የመገናኛ ብዙሃን ነጻነት በቅዴመ-ምርመራ expression and freedom of the press is አዯጋ ሊይ እንዲይወዴቅ፤ ትክክሇኛ መረጃ not endangered by censorship and የማስተሊሇፌ እና ጥራት ያሇው ፕሮግራም without endangering the right of the የመሥራት መብት ሊይ ያሌተገባ ተፅእኖ media to publish accurate information and quality news and programs. በማይፇጥር መሌኩ ይተገበራለ፡፡ ንዑስ ክፌሌ አንዴ SUB-SECTION ONE የመገናኛ ብዙሃን መብቶች RIGHTS OF THE MEDIA [[[[[[ 48. ፵፰. የመገናኛ ብዙሃን መብቶች ፩/ ማንኛውም መገናኛ ብዙሃን ተግባሩን Rights of Media 1/ Any media, in order to discharge its function, has the right to: ሇመወጣት፡ሀ) ዜና ወይም መረጃን የመሰብሰብ፣ (a) gather, receive and disseminate የመቀበሌና የማሰራጨት፤ ሇ) news or information; በሌዩ ሌዩ ጉዲዮች ሊይ አስተያየት (b) express opinions and engage in critical reporting on issues; ወይም ትችት የማቅረብ፤ ሏ) ዘመናዊ የመገናኛ (c) use ዘዳዎችን፣ (d) gather, record public opinion መ) የተሇያዩ ላልች ዘዳዎችን በመጠቀም አስተያየት technology and methods; መሣሪያዎችን የመጠቀም፤ የሕዝብን information using different methods; and በመቅረጽ ሂዯት የመሳተፌ፤ እና፣ (e) bring charges or complaints to ሠ) በመገናኛ ብዙሃን ነጻነት ሊይ የሚከሰት the Federal High Court when ጣሌቃ ገብነት፣ ተፅዕኖ፣ ጥቃትንና there is an action that interferes የዯህንነት with, ሥጋትን መንግሥቱን ነፃነትን በመፃረር የሚያዯናቅፌ ከተፇፀመበት ፌርዴ ጨምሮ ቤት ሇፋዯራሌ ክስ ወይም ሕገ contravenes, or የፕሬስ influences its constitutionally አሠራር guaranteed freedom of the ከፌተኛ press, or threatens its wellbeing. አቤቱታ የማቅረብ፤ መብት አሇው፡፡ ፪/ መገናኛ ብዙሃን በመረጡት ሕጋዊ መንገዴ የመዯራጀት መብት አሊቸው፡፡ 2/ The media have the right to form legal associations as they deem fit.
