gA ፲፫ሺ፻፷፬ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ፵፫. የብሮዴካስት ፇቃዴን ስሇማሳዯስ ፩/ Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page 43. የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ባሇፇቃዴ በዚህ 13164 Renewal of Broadcasting License 1/ The broadcasting service licensee shall የፇቃዴ renew the license not earlier than one ዘመን የጊዜ ገዯብ ከማሇቁ ከአንዴ ዓመት year and not later than six months አዋጅ አንቀጽ ባሌበሇጠና ውስጥ ፵፪ የተወሰነው ከስዴስት ባሇሥሌጣኑ ወራት ባሊነሰ ያዘጋጀውን before the expiry of the validity period ጊዜ of the license determined pursuant to የፇቃዴ Article 42 of this Proclamation by ማዯሻ ቅጽ ሞሌቶ የዕዴሳት ማመሌከቻውን filling and submitting the license በማቅረብ ፇቃደን ማሳዯስ አሇበት፡፡ renewal application form prepared by the Authority. ፪/ በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፩) መሠረት 2/ The form prescribed by the Authority in ባሇሥሌጣኑ የሚያዘጋጀው የፇቃዴ ማዯሻ accordance with of Sub-Article (1) of ማመሌከቻ this Article must specify, among other ጉዲዮች ቅጽ ሉያካትታቸው ከሚገቡ መካከሌ የማመሌከቻው ቅርጽና things, the form and content of applications for renewal and the time ይዘት እንዱሁም ማመሌከቻውን ሇማስገባት period for applying for renewal. የሚያስፇሌገው ጊዜ ሉገሇጽ ይገባሌ፡፡ ‹‹‹‹‹‹ ፫/ ባሇሥሌጣኑ በፇቃዴ ማዯስ ማመሌከቻው 3/ A license shall continue to subsist until ሊይ ውሳኔ እስኪሰጥ ዴረስ ፇቃደ እንዯጸና the Authority has taken the decision as ይቆያሌ፡፡ regards the application for the renewal of the license. ‹‹‹‹‹‹‹ ፬/ በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፩) መሰረት 4/ የታዯሰ ፇቃዴ ጸንቶ የሚቆይበት ዘመን renewed pursuant to Sub-Article (1) of በዚህ this Article shall be in accordance with አዋጅ በአንቀፅ ፵፪ በተዯነገገው Article 42 of this Proclamation. መሠረት ይሆናሌ። ፭/ The validity period for a license ባሇሥሌጣኑ አሳማኝ ምክንያት ካሇው 5/ The Authority may renew the license of ምክንያቶቹን በመዘርዘር ፇቃደን በማሻሻሌ a broadcasting service for a period less በዚህ than provided in Sub-Article (4) of this አንቀፅ በንዑስ የተመሇከተውን የታዯሠ አንቀፅ ፇቃዴ (፬) Article for stated reasons. ጸንቶ የሚቆይበትን ዘመን ሉያሳጥር ይችሊሌ፡፡ ፮/ ባሇሥሌጣኑ ያስከብራሌ ፇቃዴ ክሌከሊው የሕዝብ ጥቅምን 6/ The authority shall grant an application ካሊሇ በስተቀር የብሮዴካስት for renewal unless it is in the public ሇማሳዯስ የሚቀርብ ማመሌከቻን interest to refuse the same. ይቀበሊሌ፡፡
