Fees and classification of industrial design 3.(1) The fees to be paid under these regulations shall be as provided under column (3) of Schedule 2 to these regulations for a service mentioned under column (2) of that Schedule. (2) The fees specified in Schedule 2 shall be paid to the Registrar by such means and in such manner as the Registrar may direct. (3) For the purposes of the registration of industrial designs, goods and services are classified in the manner specified in Schedule 3. Application for registration of industrial design 4. An application for registration of an industrial design under section 44 of the Act shall be made in the Form ID-1 along with the fee specified in Schedule 2. Naming of creator 5.(1) The creator of the industrial design may request in writing to the Registrar that he or she does not want to be named in the application or on the certificate of registration. (2) The Registrar shall act accordingly and confirm this to the applicant in writing. Right of priority 6. An applicant claiming a right of priority under section 44(7) of the Act shall file with the application referred to in regulation 4 a copy of the earlier application certified as correct by the office with which it was filed. Documents and materials 7.(1) All documents filed with the Registrar shall be clear and legible and be presented so as to permit direct reproduction of the initial application. (2) Each document filed in paper form shall be printed — (a) on one side only;
