However, this amending Act contains errors and was apparently never brought into force. The amendments contained in it have not been incorporated here. ACT To provide for the incorporation of a postal company, a telecommunications company and a holding company; to provide for the transfer of the postal enterprise to the postal company and of the telecommunications enterprise to the telecommunications company; to provide for the conditions of service of persons transferred to or employed by the postal company or the telecommunications company; to provide for the control of the Post Office Savings Bank by the postal company; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
