MINISTRY OF WORKS, TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATION Because of the far reaching implications of restructuring an industry such as telecommunications, extensive consultations were carried out countrywide with relevant bodies and authorities. During the first half of 1995 the Consultant, accompanied by officials of the Ministry of Works, Transport and Communications, visited district and urban headquarters to conduct such consultations.
