Official Gazette nº 10 of 11 March 2013 Ingingo ya 10: Inshingano z’Inama y’Ubuyobozi Article 10: Responsibilities of the Board of Directors Article 10: Attributions d’Administration du Conseil Inshingano z’ingenzi z’Inama y’Ubuyobozi ni izi The Board of Directors shall have the following Les principales attributions du main responsibilities: d’Administration sont les suivantes : zikurikira: Conseil 1° gutanga icyerekezo cya MHC; 1° to provide strategic vision of MHC; 1° déterminer la vision stratégique du MHC; 2° kuyobora no gufata ibyemezo; 2° to direct and take decisions; 2° assurer la direction et la prise de décision; 3° kwemeza gahunda y’ibikorwa; 3° to approve the action plan; 3° adopter le plan d’action; 4° kwemeza amategeko ngengamikorere ya MHC mbere y’uko atangazwa mu Igazeti ya Leta ya Repubulika y’u Rwanda; 4° to approve the internal rules and regulations of MHC before they are published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda; 5° to approve the draft annual budget proposal of MHC before being submitted to relevant authorities; 4° adopter le règlement d’ordre intérieur du MHC avant sa publication au Journal Officiel de la République du Rwanda; 6° gusuzuma imikorere ya MHC hakurikijwe gahunda y’ibikorwa n’ingengo y’imari; 6° to evaluate the performance of MHC in accordance with the action plan and the budget; 6° évaluer les performances du MHC sur base du plan d’action et du budget ; 7° kwemeza raporo y’ibikorwa na raporo y’imikoreshereze y’umutungo ya MHC za buri gihembwe n’iza buri mwaka urangiye; 7° to approve the quarterly and annual activity and financial reports of MHC; 7° approuver le rapport trimestriel et annuel d’activités et financier du MHC; 8° gukurikirana imikorere y’Ubunyamabanga Nshingwabikorwa. 8° to monitor the performance Executive Secretariat. 8° assurer le suivi de la performance du Secrétariat exécutif. 5° kwemeza imbanzirizamushinga y’ingengo y’imari ya MHC ya buri mwaka mbere yo kuyishyikiriza inzego zibishinzwe; 58 of the 5° approuver l’avant-projet du budget annuel avant de le transmettre aux organes compétents ;
