Expansion License 1/ ¾waÉ"eƒ ›ÑMÓKAƒ vKðnÉ }ÚT] e`߃” KT"H@É' ¾×u=Á¨<” ›pU KTdÅÓ ¨ÃU ¾‚¡•KAÍ= K¨<Ø KTÉ[Ó“ ¾TW^Ý Sd]Á¨<” ›pU KTdÅÓ ŸðKÑ ŸvKYM×’< ¾TeóòÁ ðnÉ TÓ–ƒ ›Kuƒ:: 1/ 2/ ¾waÉ"eƒ ›ÑMÓKAƒ vKðnÉ ›ÑM ÓKAƒ ŸT>cØuƒ ›"vu= ¨<ß K?KA‹ ›"vu=−‹” KTÇ[e ›Ç=e ¾_Ç=Ä VÑÉ c=ÖÃp' vKYM×’< ¾TeóòÁ ðnÉ ŸSeÖ~ uòƒ' 2/ When a broadcasting service licensee requests a new radio wave to cover other areas outside of its license area, the Authority shall, before granting the expansion license, ascertain: G) ðnÉ ¾}Ö¾kuƒ }ÚT] ¾_Ç=Ä VÑÉ uK?L ¾waÉ"eƒ ›ÑMÓKAƒ ›KSÁ²<”' “ K) ðnÉ ¾}Ö¾kuƒ” }cw õLÔƒ' T[ÒÑØ ›Kuƒ:: 3/ ›"vu= @7. ¾ðnÉ“ ›S© ¡õÁ 1/ a) that the requested additional wave is not held by another broadcasting service; and ¾Qw[ ¾waÉ"eƒ ›ÑMÓKAƒ vKðnÉ kÅU wKA ðnÉ u¨cÅuƒ ¾_Ç=Ä VÑÉ ¾‚¡•KAÍ= TeóòÁ ðnÉ c=ÖÃp' ¾waÉ"eƒ ›ÑMÓKA~” KTeóóƒ ¾k[u<ƒ SX]Á−‹ ŸkŨ< ¾›ÑMÓKAƒ TeóòÁ °pÉ Ò` S××T†¨<” vKYM×’< T[ÒÑØ ›Kuƒ:: T”—¨<U ¾waÉ"eƒ ›ÑMÓKAƒ vKðnÉ vKYM×’< u¾Ñ>²?¨< ÁÖ“ uT>¨ e’¨< SW[ƒ ¾ðnÉ ¡õÁ' ¯S© ¡õÁ“ ¾ðnÉ TÅh ¡õÁ S¡ðM ›Kuƒ:: Any broadcasting service licensee shall obtain an expansion license from the Authority when it intends to provide additional broadcasting service, upgrade the capacity of the station or to make technological changes and upgrade the capacity of the transmitter. b) the need of the community of the area which the license is requested. 3/ When a broadcasting service licensee requests a technological expansion license for the radio wave licensed earlier, the Authority shall ascertain that the equipments proposed are compatible with the expansion plan of the service. 27. License and Annual Fee 1/ Any broadcasting service licensee shall pay license fee, annual fee and license renewal fee, as reviewed and determined from time to time by the Authority.
