Availing myself of this opportunity, on behalf of the Ministry of Justice and in my own name, I express my most profound thanks to Mr. Yoichi Yamada, international expert from Japan who dedicated his physical, intellectual and spiritual efforts for the development of this important law and to UNICEF for its financial support for the development and printing of this law for distribution among legal and judicial professionals and all law enforcement officials nationwide. Additionally I heartily commend my colleagues for their tireless serious attention, patience, hard work, physical, intellectual and spiritual efforts in developing this law from the start until we realize these delightful achievements. I strongly believe that the Law on Suppression of Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation will become the most significant tool to combat the acts of human trafficking and sexual exploitation in order to ensure and provide full protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as to contribute to the strengthening of the rule of law.
