section fifty-six, appeal to the Minister against the decision of the Certifying Authority. (2) Such appeal must be in writing. (3) In determining such appeal the Minister may consult with the Certifying Authority, and may affirm the decision of the Certifying Authority, or may order the Certifying Authority(a) to register the appellant as a registered seed producer in the terms of his application for registration; (b) to strike out all or any of the conditions or limitations imposed by the Certifying Authority, or to amend or alter such conditions or limitations in such manner as the Minister may direct, or to impose new or further conditions; or (c) to restore the registration; and the Certifying Authority shall comply with such order. (4) No appeal shall lie to any court from the decision of the Minister. (As amended by Act No. 21 of 1995) 58. The Minister may approve specific prescribed seed of a specified variety, which is not certified seed, which may be used by a registered seed producer in the production of Zambia certified seed of that specified variety.
