Cap. 49:05 [Subsidiary] (1) Where an order relating to a design has been made by any Court or by the Tribunal, the person in whose favour such order has been made shall forthwith file at the Office a certified copy of such order together with an application in form Nor. 31. (2) 49. Registered Designs The specimen or representation of a design shall thereupon be amended or the register rectified or the purport of such order shall otherwise be duly entered in the register, as the case may be. Whenever an order is made by any Court or by the Tribunal under the Act the Registrar may, if he thinks fit that the order should be made public, require the applicant or the appellant, as the case may be, to publish it in the Gazette. FIRST SCHEDULE FEES PAYABLE TO THE OFFICE The following fees shall be paid in respect of applications, registrations and other matters under the Act. Such fees must in all cases be paid before or at the time of doing the matter in respect of which they are to be paid.
