I compiled this copy from a subscription website which in turn has a subscription to the official gazette, so this copy is official. The law is also available on a news website here: ( http://www.vetogate.com/2517402 ) - So far official gov websites didn't publish the
law as it was published in the official gazette. The source can also be found at EastLaws.com, but requires a subscription.
