9.4. Public holidays will be held on the day of regular and special election voting.

9.5. If it becomes impossible to hold regular elections due to special conditions stipulated in Article Twenty-five,

9.8. If the State Great Khural does not announce the regular election within the period specified in Article 9.7 of this

9.9. The State Great Khural shall schedule special elections in accordance with this law within 10 working days after
the conditions for holding special elections arise, at least 70 days before the day of voting.

9.10. The State Great Khural shall announce by-elections in accordance with this law within 50 days after the
conditions for holding by-elections arise, at least 70 days before the date of voting.

9.11. The General Election Committee shall approve the time schedule for organizing the election activities.

Article 10. Economic guarantee of election activity
10.1. The following expenses related to the organization of elections shall be included in the budget of the General
Election Committee and financed from the state budget:
10.1.1. operating expenses of the election organization;
10.1.2. ID card, vehicle identification, ballot, election result, news form, province, sum, capital, district election
documents of candidate, party, coalition election organization, deputy assistant of candidate, manager, agitator and
election observer and printing, preparation and delivery of letterheads, identification cards, confirmations, national
flags and emblems for precinct committees, central commissions, and branch commissions (hereinafter referred to as
"election committees");

10.1.3. purchase, rent, use, protect, store, and repair equipment, equipment, spare parts, software, voter's voting ink, its
