(4) Section 25(3 ) applies to program-carrying signals the originating organisation of which is situated in Seychelles. (5) The provisions in this Act shall also apply to performers, producers of phonograms, broadcasting organisations and originating organisations, as defined in section 25(3 ), that are eligible for protection by virtue of and in accordance with any international convention, treaty or other agreement to which Seychelles is party. 37. The Minister may make regulations for carrying out the provisions of thisAct, which may include an,y matter which is to be or may be prescribed under thisAct. 38. ( 1) The CopyrightAct (Cap 5 8 ) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the CopyrightAct, (a) the copyrights regi stered under the provisions of the repealed Act shall be deemed to be the copyrights protected under this Act; (b) the licences or authorisation granted under the repealedAct shall continue to operate as licen ces or authorisation, as the case may be, for the purposes of this Act, until the expiration or revocation of such licence or authorisation; (c) any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred under the repealedAct shall continue to subsist; Regulations Repeal and savings
