Computer Related Fraud 1/ Whosoever fraudulently causes a person to õሺíÿöð act in a manner prejudicial to his rights or ፲. በኮምፒዩተር አማካኝነት የሚፈፀም የማታለል ወንጀል 1/ ማንኛውም ዳታዎችን ወይም ሰው አሳሳች በማሰራጨት፣ ሁኔታ በመሰወር የኮምፒዩተር የራሱን ማንነት ወይም መግለጽ those of third person by distributing misleading computer data, misrepresenting his status, concealing facts which he had a duty to reveal or taking advantage of the person’s erroneous beliefs, shall be የሚገባውን ነገር በመደበቅ ወይም የሌላውን punishable with rigorous imprisonment not ሰው የተሳሳተ እምነት በመጠቀም፣ ሌላውን exceeding ሰው አታልሎ የራሱን ወይም የሶስተኛ ወገንን exceeding Birr 50,000. five years and fine not ማንኛውም ጥቅም የሚጎዳ ድርጊት እንዲፈጽም ያደረገው እንደሆነ ከአምስት 2/ Whosoever, with fraudulent intent of ዓመት በማይበልጥ ጽኑ እስራት እና ከብር procuring any benefit for himself or for ፶ሺ በማይበልጥ መቀጮ ይቀጣል፡፡ another person, causes economic loss to 2/ ማንኛውም ሰው በተጭበረበረ መንገድ another person by any change, deletion or any other damage of computer data shall የማይገባ ጥቅም ለማግኘት ወይም ለሌላ ሰው be punishable with rigorous imprisonment ለማስገኘት የኮምፒዩተር ዳታን በመለወጥ፣ not exceeding five years and fine from Birr በማጥፋት ማንኛውም ጉዳት 10,000 to 50,000 or in serious cases with በማድረስ በሌላ ሰው ላይ ኢኮኖሚያዊ ጉዳት rigorous imprisonment not exceeding ten ያደረሰ እንደሆነ ከአምስት ዓመት በማይበልጥ years and fine from Birr 10,000 to 100,000. ወይም ሌላ ጽኑ እስራት እና ከብር ፲ሺ እስከ ብር ፶ሺ በሚደርስ መቀጮ ወይም ወንጀሉ ከባድ በሆነ ጊዜ እስከ አስር ዓመት በሚደርስ ጽኑ 11. Electronic Identity Theft እስራት እና ከብር ፲ሺ እስከ ብር ፩፻ሺ Whosoever, with intent to commit criminal act በሚደርስ መቀጮ ይቀጣል። specified under Article 10 of this Proclamation or for any other purpose produces, obtains, ፲፩. የኤሌክትሮኒክ ማንነት ስርቆት ማንኛውም ሰው የተመለከተውን በዚህ አዋጅ የወንጀል አንቀጽ ድርጊት ፲ ላይ ለመፈፀም sales, possesses or transfers any data identifying electronic identity of another person without authorization of that person በማሰብ ወይም ለሌላ ማንኛውም ዓላማ የሌላን shall be punishable with simple imprisonment ሰው not exceeding five years or fine not exceeding የኤሌክትሮኒክ ያለባለቤቱ ፈቃድ ማንነት የሚያረጋግጥ በኮምፒዩተር ዳታ ሥርዓት አማካኝነት ያመረተ፣ ያገኘ፣ የሸጠ፣ ይዞ የተገኘ ወይም ለሌላ ሰው ያስተላለፈ እንደሆነ ከአምስት ዓመት በማይበልጥ ቀላል እስራት ወይም ከብር ፶ሺ በማይበልጥ መቀጮ ይቀጣል፡፡ Birr 50,000.
