Computer Related Forgery to injure the rights or interests of another or to የሌላውን ሰው መብት ወይም procure for himself or for another person any ጥቅም ለመጉዳት ወይም ለራሱ ወይም ለሌላ ሰው undue right or advantage shall be punishable ተገቢ ያልሆነ ማናቸውንም መብት ወይም ጥቅም with simple imprisonment not exceeding three ለማግኘት ሕጋዊ years and fine not exceeding Birr 30,000 or in a የሚችለውን serious cases with rigorous imprisonment not ውጤት ወይም ለማስገኘት ያለውን የኮምፒዩተር ወይም ዳታ ወደ በማሰብ ሊኖረው ሐሰት የለወጠ ወይም ሐሰተኛ የኮምፒዩተር ዳታ ያዘጋጀ ወይም በዚሁ የተገለገለ ቀላል እንደሆነ እሥራት ከሦስት እና ከ፴ሺ ዓመት በማይበልጥ ብር በማይበልጥ መቀጮ ወይም ወንጀሉ ከባድ በሆነ ጊዜ ከአስር ዓመት በማይበልጥ ጽኑ እስራት እና ከብር ፲ሺ exceeding ten years and fine from Birr 10,000 to 100,000.
