the service of notices and other documents required to be served in connection with proceedings under this Act; (c) (d) the conduct of the business of the Designs Office; authorising the publication and the sale of copies of representations of designs and other documents in the Designs Office. (e) (3) The Minister may prescribe a tariff of the fees which shall be payable in respect of any application, registration or other matter under this Act and the fees shall be payable as so prescribed. PART XI APPLICATION AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS 59. Any design which immediately before the commencement of this Act was registered in the United Kingdom under any enactment relating to registered designs and was protected in the former Protectorate of Northern Rhodesia under the United Kingdom Designs (Protection) Act, Chapter 206 of the 1948 Edition of the Laws, shall be deemed to be registered under this Act and the copyright in that design shall subsist in Zambia while copyright therein subsist s in the United Kingdom.
