27. To take any of the following actions, if found
violating the provisions of Telecom Act, frameworks,
and decisions issued in executing for the Act issued in
implementation thereof.
يف حال ثبوت، اختاذ أي من اإلجراءات التالية-17
خمالفة أحكام القانون أواللوائح أوالقرارات الصادرة

A – To suspend the granted license to the licensee for a
period of three months.
. وقف الرتخيص املمنوح للمرخص له ملدة ثالثة أشهر-أ
خفض اخلدمات املرخصة مبا ال جياوز خدمة واحدة-ب
B - To reduce the licensed services, including not more
than one service in each violation.
C - To reduce the duration of the license for a period not
exceeding half the length of the license.
28. Any other functions vested to him in accordance to
the provisions of the Telecom Act, regulations and
decisions
issued
in
implementation
thereof.

to develop the Telecom sector general policy in
coordination with the concerned authorities, and
presented before the Board.

3 – To supervise the implementation of the National

equipment that their technical specifications and
standards not identified.

5 – To implement the government policy on universal
service in accordance with the provisions of the Act.

6 – To set the prices of services in the absence of
competition and in accordance with the principles
approved by the Board.
