The respondent is interdicted from competing unlawfully with the applicants at common law by manufacturing, exhibiting for commercial purposes, marketing, offering for sale and/or selling the vehicle illustrated in Annexure MB21A to the founding affidavit of Jeffrey du Plessis. 3. The respondent is ordered to pay the applicants' costs of this application such costs to include the costs consequent upon the employment of two counsel.
