gA ፲፫ሺ፻፴፭ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page (፩) ከፌተኛ የሥነ-ምግባር ጉዴሇት ሲያሳይና በቂ (1) gross ምርመራ 13135 misconduct inability to or perform ማነስ duties efficiently as a ምክንያት በቦርዴ ሰብሳቢነት Chairperson or member ወይም በቦርዴ አባሌነት of the Board, after due ተግባሩ ኃሊፉነቱን በአግባቡ inquiry; ተዯርጎ በአቅም ሇመወጣት እንዲሌቻሇ ከተረጋገጠ፤ (፪) በአካሊዊ ህመም ወይም አእምሯዊ ምክንያት ተግባሩን (2) physical or mental incapacity; በአግባቡ ሇመወ��ት ካሌቻሇ፤ (3) (፫) ያሇበቂ ምክንያት እና ሳያሳውቅ being absent from five ጊዜ consecutive meetings or ስብሰባ ከቀረ ወይም በዓመት half of the meetings of በተከታታይ አምስት the Authority in a year ውስጥ ከተዯረጉት ስብሰባዎች ከግማሽ በሊይ without prior notice and በሚሆኑት good cause; and, ካሌተገኘ፤እና፣ (፬) (4) not declaring a clear የዚህን አዋጅ የጥቅም ግጭት breach of the rules of ዴንጋጌዎች conflict of interest. እያወቀ ጥሰት ከፇጸመ፡፡ ፪/ ቦርደ በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፩) 2/ The member against whom a complaint ፉዯሌ ተራ(ሏ) በተገሇፀው ምክንያት አንዴ is lodged via the Chairperson, Deputy አባሌ በሰብሳቢው፣ Chairperson or the secretary shall have አማካኝነት the opportunity to be heard and forward ከአባሌነት በምክትለ ጥያቄ እንዱነሳ ወይም ሲቀርብ በጸሏፉው ውሳኔ ከመሰጠቱ በፉት his comments before the Board decides አባለ አስተያየት እንዱሰጥ እዴሌ መስጠት to terminate ይኖርበታሌ፡፡ accordance his appointment with Sub-Article in (1) paragraph (c) of this Article. ፫/ አንዴ የቦርዴ አባሌ ከአባሌነቱ ሇማንሳት በቂ ምክንያቶች በሁሇት መሟሊታቸውን ሦስተኛ ዴምጽ ሰብሳቢ ወይም ከወሰነ፣ ምክትሌ ቦርደ ይዯረጋሌ፡፡ ውሳኔ ከኃሊፉነት vote that all conditions to terminate membership ሰብሳቢ membership shall be terminated by the ምክር ቤት በማቅረብ በሕዝብ ተወካዮች ቤት When the Board decides with two-third በቦርደ አማካኝነት የውሳኔ ሀሳብ ሇሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር 3/ እንዱነሳ are present, that decision of the House of Peoples' Representatives recommendation communicated upon the of the Board via the Board Chairperson or secretary.
