gA ፲፫ሺ፻፵፱ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ፳፰. የመገናኛ ብዙሃን መረጃና መዝገብ ፩/ Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page 28. ባሇሥሌጣኑ መገናኛ ብዙሃን ሇአገሌግልት Media Information and Registry 1/ The Authority shall ensure that media ተጠቃሚዎች በቀሊለ፣ በቀጥታና በቋሚነት entities make at least the following ተዯራሽ information መሆናቸውን ሇማረጋገጥ መረጃዎች እንዱያቀርቡ የሚከተለትን ሀ) directly and of a service: የመገናኛ ብዙሃን አገሌግልት a) The name or trade name and አቅራቢው ስምና ሙለ አዴራሻ፤ ሇ) easily, permanently accessible to the recipients ያዯርጋሌ፡- geographical address of the media service provider; የፖስታና የስሌክ ቁጥር፣ የኢሜሌና b) የዴረ-ገፅ አዴራሻን ጨምሮ የመገናኛ ብዙሃን አገሌግልት Details of the media service provider, አቅራቢው address, ዝርዝር መረጃ፤ እና including telephone postal number, email address and website; and ሏ) የመገናኛ ብዙሃን አገሌግልት አቅራቢው c) names ዴርጅት ተወካዮች ሥምና አዴራሻ፡፡ and address of the representatives of the media service provider organization. ‹‹( ፪/ 13149 ባሇሥሌጣኑ በመዝገቡ ሊይ የመገናኛ 2/ The Authority shall establish a registry ብዙሃን አገሌግልት አቅራቢ የሕግ ሰዎችን of those legal persons which: የሚመዘግበው፡ሀ) በዚህ አዋጅ በአንቀጽ ፳፮ ወይም a) are ፳፯ መሠረት የተመዘገቡ ከሆነና፣ ሇ) በዚህ አዋጅ በአንቀጽ registered pursuant to Articles 26 or 27 ; and ፳፱ እና ፴፩ b) hold the type of license referred መሠረት ፇቃዴ የተሰጣቸው ከሆነ to in Articles 29 and 31. ነው፡፡ ‹‹‹‹‹ ፫/ የባሇሥሌጣኑ ቴክኖልጂ መዝገብ የታገዘ በኢንፍርሜሽን The registry shall be maintained with the ይኖርበታሌ፣ help of automatic data processing. It የሚይዘው መረጃ በዚህ አዋጅ በአንቀጽ ፳፮ may contain only such information as is (፩)፣ referred to in Sub-Article (1) of Article ፳፯ መሆን 3/ (፩)፣ ፴፫ እና ፴፮ 26 and Sub-Article (1) of Article 27 , የተመሇከቱትን ብቻ ነው፡፡ and Articles 33 and 36. ፳፱. የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ማሠራጫ መንገድች 29. Means of Broadcasting Service Transmission የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ማሠራጫ መንገድች የሚከተለትን ያካትታለ፡፩/ ከምዴር ወዯ አየር Means of broadcasting service transmission shall be the following: የሚሠራጭ የሬዱዮ የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት፤ አናልግ 1/ terrestrial analogue radio broadcasting service;
