License, Annual Fee and License Renewal Fee አገሌግልት 1/ Any broadcasting service licensee shall ባሇፇቃዴ የፇቃዴ ክፌያ፣ ተፇጻሚ ከሆነ pay license fee, the spectrum fee, when የሬዱዮ ሞገዴ ክፌያ፣ ዓመታዊ ክፌያ እና applicable, annual fee and license የፇቃዴ renewal fee, when the license is ማሳዯሻ ክፌያ መክፇሌ renewed. ይኖርበታሌ፡፡ ፪/ licensee transfers the station‟s air time to other አቅራቢ የፕሮግራም ፩/ service የሚያስተሊሌፌ የፕሮግራም ፭) Broadcasting ባሇሥሌጣኑ በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፩) መሠረት የሚከፇሌ ሇባሇሥሌጣኑ እንዱሁም መከፇሌ የክፌያ መጠን እንዯ አስፇሊጊነቱ በመንግሥት ያስወስናሌ፡፡ 2/ The Authority shall, as may be ላሊ necessary, review from time to time and ያሇበትን submit for decision to the Government እያጠና the amount of fee to be paid pursuant to Sub-Article (1) of this Article and other fees to be paid to it.
