gA ፲፫ሺ፪፻፱ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ፸፮. ፕሮግራም ስሇማገዴ ወይም ስሇመሰረዝ ፩/ Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page 76. የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ባሇፇቃዴ በዚህ 13209 Suspension or Termination of a Program 1/ Depending on the gravity of the አዋጅ አንቀጽ ፸፬ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፩) ፉዯሌ offence, the Authority may suspend or ተራ ሰ፣ ሸ፣ ቀ ወይም መሰሌ የሥነ ምግባር terminate a program where the licensee ግዳታዎችን የማስተካከያ has failed to comply with (g), (h) and እርምጃ እንዱወስዴ የጽሁፌ ማስጠንቀቂያ (i) of Article 74 Sub-Article (1) of this ተሰጥቶት ባሇማክበር ማስተካከያ ያሊዯረገ Proclamation or other similar offences እንዯሆነ and fails to take corrective measure in ባሇሥሌጣኑ እንዯጥፊቱ ክብዯት ፕሮግራሙ እንዱታገዴ ወይም እንዱሰረዝ accordance with a written warning he ሉወስን received. ይችሊሌ፡፡ ‹‹‹‹‹‹‹‹‹‹‹‹‹‹ ፪/ ባሇሥሌጣኑ የፕሮግራም እገዲ ወይም ስረዛ ውሳኔ ከመስጠቱ አገሌግልት አስተያየት በፉት ባሇፇቃደ ሇመስጠት 2/ የብሮዴካስት በጉዲዩ እዴሌ Authority shall broadcasting service give to the licensee an ሊይ opportunity to comment on the decision እንዱያገኝ before the program is suspended or ማዴረግ አሇበት፡፡ terminated. ፸፯. ፇቃዴን ስሇማገዴ ፩/ The 77. የብሮዴካስት ባሇፇቃደ በዚህ አዋጅ እና Suspension of License 1/ The Authority may suspend a license ይህን አዋጅ ተከትል በሚወጡ ዯንብ እና for a period not exceeding 1 month መመሪያ where the licensee has failed to comply የተከሇከለ በተዯጋጋሚ የሚጥስና እየጨመረ ተግባራትን የጥሰቱም መምጣት materially with any of the provisions of ክብዯት this Proclamation or Regulations and ማሻሻያ Directives እንዯማያዯርግ የሚያሳይ ከሆነ ባሇሥሌጣኑ issued hereunder, keeps committing more serious offenses and ፇቃደን ከ፩ ወር ሊሌበሇጠ ጊዜ ሉያግዯው does not take corrective measure; ይችሊሌ፡፡ ፪/ በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፩) መሠረት የሚዯረግ እገዲ pursuant to Sub-Article (1) of this ተፇጻሚ Article shall be in writing and shall ተገሌጾ specify the grounds of suspension and ሇባሇፇቃደ እንዱዯርሰው መዯረግ አሇበት፡፡ the effective date. It should be made ባሇፇቃደ ማሻሻያ የማያዯርግ ከሆነ ፇቃደ clear to the licensee that a failure to ሉሰረዝ improve will result in the licensee being የሚሆንበት ሆኖ The suspension given to the licensee እገዲው የተዯረገበት በጽሁፌ 2/ ምክንያትና ቀን እንዯሚችሌ እና ጊዜ ግሌፅ ሉዯረግሇት revoked. ይገባሌ፡፡ ‹‹‹‹‹
