1/ The number of members of the board
shall be determined by the Government.

Members of the Board shall be drawn from
different institutions and parts of the society
and shall be appointed by the Government on
the recommendation of the Minister.
The Director General of the Authority shall be
a member and secretary of the Board.

Authority;

2/ review the annual work programs and
budgets as well as the activity reports of
the Authority;

3/ review and submit to the Ministry, for its
approval, directives to be issued for the
