DRAFT OF THE MEDIA COUNCIL ACT MARCH 2019
The following is a draft of the Media Council Act, as prepared by a working group of media
publishers, in response to the government’s call for self-regulation of the media industry.
We invite all concerned parties to provide feedback by emailing
mediacouncil2019@gmail.com by April 28th, 2019.
The working group shall then review all feedback, before submitting its final version to the
government.
