2) Revocation by the Authority in the same circumstances and by virtue of the procedures provided for in Article (35) of this Law. 3) Expiry or revocation of any Telecommunications License relating to the Licensee’s own Frequency License. 4) The Licensee is adjudged bankrupt by a competent court or ceases exercising its commercial activity.
