Article 2 - ﺇﺻﺩﺍﺭ In the implementation of the provisions of the Law attached hereto, the “Competent Authority” means the Ministry of Economy and Commerce; “The Minister” means the Minister of Economy and Commerce; and “The competent department” means the Department of Intellectual Property Rights Protection at the aforesaid Ministry.
