Article 80 E Detention for a period not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding 500 pounds or either penalty shall be the punishment inflicted on: 1. Whoever flies over the Egyptian territories without license from the competent authorities. 2. Whoever takes pictures, drawings, or maps of sites or places in violation of the ban issued by the competent authorities. 3. Whoever enters a fort, a defense installation, a camp, a place in which armed forces are camped or settled, or a warship, a merchant ship, a military aircraft or vehicle, an arsenal, a military place, or a place or factory in a which a work is exercised in the interest of the country's defense and the public are banned from entry to it. 4. Whoever resides or stays in locations and places in which staying and residing is banned by the military authorities. If the crime falls in time of war or occurs by using a means of deceit, cheating, hiding, or hiding the identity, nationality, profession or quality, the penalty shall be detention for a period of not less than six months and not exceeding five years, or a fine of not less than 100 pounds and not exceeding 500 pounds, or either penalty.
