the provision under Section 5(2) of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885. Therefore,
this Court finds no violation of Section 5(2) of the Telegraph Act and also it
would not amount to violation of the right to privacy under Article 21 and
freedom of speech and expression guaranteed under Article 19(1) and 19(2) of
the Constitution of India. Therefore, these writ petitions are devoid of merits.

dismissed.
